Hello again!

I hope you're having a wonderful day ~

I'm a UX designer passionate about accessibility, emerging technology, and creating intuitive experiences for complex problems. At the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, I am one of two mobile designers for Merlin Bird ID and eBird, helping millions of people connect more deeply with the natural world.

I began my journey as a designer at Cornell, where I learned product design from amazing mentors, taught the next generation of designers, and earned a degree in Information Science with concentrations in behavioral science + user experience design.

I thrive in environments where design decisions are driven by empathy and data. My experience ranges from designing a scalable multimodal customer sentiment and satisfaction framework for Amazon Alexa, shipping eBird track editing to support more accurate distance data in one of the world's largest participatory science databases, and integrating user research and usability testing into the Merlin mobile development process. In Spring 2025, I took Qian Yang's Designing AI Products and Services class at Cornell, where I deepened my understanding of human-AI collaboration and how to maximize AI's societal benefits while minimizing harm.

I'm inspired by the natural world, public art, and the magic of making things by hand. Let's chat!
